I have a beautiful little boy and he is part of the reason I decided to become a sleep consultant. I had a really traumatic birth with him, and sleep deprivation on top of that led to post-partum anxiety. Working with a sleep consultant really helped my mental health, and helped our family so much – I want to make that difference for other whānau as well.
My mission is to listen to and understand your individual family’s sleep journey, and support you to make the changes you are ready to make in order to sleep well.
